Hyundai India has done enormous amounts of changes in its new Hyundai i10 version in India. The car has given a complete facelift, although there are not many changes but still enough to make it look more appealing than before. Hyundai also launched its LPG version of i10 in the hatchback segment. This new Hyundai i10 LPG variant comes with factory fitted LPG kit along with the features that meet global standards in terms of safety and efficiency. The LPG version of new Hyundai i10 is around Rs. 27000 costlier than the normal variant. The price of the new Hyundai i10 petrol variant is around 4.17 lakhs onwards.

Hyundai i10 have been done on the front side of the car. With round headlamps, wider air intakes, all new radiator grilles along with a Hyundai logo at the center with a new bumper looks. The most remarkable change in the new Hyundai i10 is its new indicators with ORVM’s. A small antenna has been added to the front side that looks more appealing and the rear side has given reserve parking sensors and all new bumpers.

Talking about the interiors of the new Hyundai i10, the steering has given more controls now than before which includes audio and Bluetooth along with height adjustable seat. Other interior features includes USB port and AUX connection, instrument console is now vibrant blue instead of light green, two-tone dashboard, silver casing for audio, a digital fuel meter and a up shift-down shift indicator, etc.

The all new Hyundai i10 comes in two different engines and therefore there is some difference in the mileage of its variants. The two variants (D-lite and Era) give a mileage of around 14kmpl in the city and 19.8kmpl on the highway.

The other variants of new Hyundai i10 i.e. ((Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta with Sunroof)) comes with .2L, 1197 Kappa petrol engine with five speed manual transmission gearbox. The mileage offered by these variants lies around 15.4kmpl in city and 20.3kmpl on highway.

Power of Hyundai i10

The all new Hyundai i10 comes with two diverse capacity engines and along with nine variants. Its two variants are powered by the 1.1L, 1086 cc, IRDE petrol engine that produces the maximum power of 66.7PS at 5500rpm and maximum torque of 10.1kgm at 2500rpm. The other variants of new Hyundai i10 are powered by its popular 1.2L, 1197cc, Kappa engine which produces the 80PS of maximum power at 5200rpm and 11.4kgm of maximum torque at 4000rpm. The new Kappa engine in i10 gives better performance and fuel efficiency.
